The daytime staff were very helpful and accommodating.

On the plus side, the staff was friendly and came by to check on us multiple times. They even offered complimentary snacks while waiting for our room to be ready and that was a nice touch.

It wasn't cheap, but it was what it was.

The pool was refreshing, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast options, especially the waffles. However, the noise from other guests was bothersome at night. Overall, a decent stay.

I had a lovely stay with a beautiful lake view from my balcony and enjoyed all the time spent by the outdoor pool, relaxing in the sun. The only downside was the balcony could've been cleaner, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. I'd definitely recommend bringing some snacks for the room to make it even more enjoyable! 🌞

The lake view from our room was impressive and the updated decor made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the balcony was quite dirty, with spider webs and bird droppings everywhere. We had to clean it up ourselves to enjoy the view. Overall, it seemed like a nice place but could use better maintenance.

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious and perfect for our family. We loved the beautiful balcony views over the lake, and the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.

We enjoyed the good coffee and juice selection at breakfast, a nice way to start our mornings, especially with the kids in tow. Also, the proximity to Buggs Island Brewery made it convenient for adults to relax after a busy day.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options should be improved for families with young kids.

I enjoyed the lake view from my Standard King Room. The staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful throughout my stay. The location is great for accessing local attractions and dining options. However, I faced issues with cleanliness in my room. I found dust and dead bugs in various places, including the furniture and balcony. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain, which was off-putting. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly, making it uncomfortable at times. Despite these inconveniences, the breakfast options were decent and provided a good start to the day.
